Mark founded H & H Staffing Services in 1998 when he purchased the Cumming, Georgia office of Alabama based TRI Staffing Services. This acquisition gave him the opportunity to develop a strong and locally owned and operated staffing firm.
In 2003, Mark established AppliedWisdom as a result of many clients asking for his expertise as a Kolbe Certified Master Team Consultant for organizational, team and individual development. He has over 35 years’ experience in providing business solutions as well as being a successful entrepreneur, consultant and coach.
After graduating from Texas A & M University, Mark worked for several national staffing companies throughout the southeast, and he worked for several oil, gas, and chemical companies nationwide for over 20 years. He is a past Chairman of the Board of the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce, past President of the South Forsyth Rotary Club, and a graduate and involved alumnus of Leadership Forsyth. As a committed member of his local community, he is currently serving in his 4th term in the Georgia House of Representatives, where he is Chairman of the Governmental Affairs committee.
Mark and his wife Sandy reside in Cumming, GA. They have three daughters, two grandsons and one granddaughter. Both are active members of Cumming First Baptist Church.
Brooke joined H & H Staffing Services as a permanent employee in 2013 after working for several years during the summers as an intern. She is the Office Manager and assists clients with their staffing needs and employees with their employment matters.
As a graduate of Valdosta State University, Brooke earned her Business Management Degree. She also attended specific Human Resource classes and received a Human Resources Certificate from the Langdale College of Business.
Brooke is an alumnus member of the Kappa Delta Sorority and is very involved in her community. She has enjoyed assisting with a local Girl Scout troop, volunteering in The Red Cross blood drives, and raising money for Prevent Child Abuse America by supporting their Annual Shamrock events.
