All of our employees are thoroughly screened and evaluated before going through a personal interview with one of our highly trained team members. Each employee must receive at least two positive work references and pass a drug screen. We can also conduct criminal background checks as requested by our clients.
This service is used when you have a temporary staffing need caused by a vacancy or when you need additional help. We can cover for a staff member that has to be out of their position for a day, replace a key person while they are out for an extended time period, of if you need additional assistance for a peak period or project.
This service is used when you have a position available and you would like to have an employee work on our payroll for a probationary period before you hire them directly. This flexibility allows you and the employee to “try each other” during the probationary period and better determine the fit before making a hiring commitment. H & H Staffing Services remains the employer of record during this period and is responsible for all payroll taxes, Worker’s Compensation and unemployment insurance costs.
This service is used when you have a regular part time or full time position available and you would like for us to source candidates for you. H & H Staffing Services will handle all of the recruitment activities and present qualified candidates for you to interview. There is no financial obligation to the hiring company unless the hiring company hires an H & H Staffing Services candidate. At that time, a direct hire referral fee based on the annual compensation offered to the candidate is generated that maintains a 90-day prorated guarantee.
