Benefits for Employees

H & H Staffing Services offers the following benefits to our employees to show our appreciation.

Vacation Bonus – H & H Staffing Services employees are eligible for a Vacation Bonus after completing 1500 regular (does not include overtime) hours of work during 12 consecutive months. The Vacation Bonus is processed the payroll week after the 12-month anniversary date.

Holiday Pay – H & H Staffing Services employees are eligible for holiday pay for the following dates:

• New Year’s Day only
• Memorial Day only
• Labor Day only
• Thanksgiving Day only
• Christmas Day only

provided that ALL of the following requirements are met:

• The employee works their full scheduled hours the day before the holiday day
• The employee works their full scheduled hours the day after the holiday day
• The employee has worked for 26 weeks prior to the holiday day
• The employee has worked 960 hours in those 26 weeks prior to the holiday day

Referral Bonus – Employee referral bonuses are offered for various employee referrals, depending on skill level and length of employment. Ask your H & H Staffing Services representative for details.
